Colorful Googly Eye Butterfly

Step 1: Create the Wings

Fold a piece of construction paper in half, then use a butterfly wing template to trace and cut out the wing shape. This ensures symmetrical wings for your butterfly.

Step 2: Make the Butterfly Body

Place a toilet paper roll on top of a second sheet of construction paper. Cut out a rectangle slightly larger than the roll, wrap it around, and glue it in place. Now you have a colorful butterfly body!

Step 3: Decorate the Wings

Use a glue gun (or strong craft glue) to attach buttons to the wings.

Step 4: Make the Antennae

Fold a pipe cleaner in half, then twist the ends around pom-poms to create cute antennae. Secure them with glue if needed.
