Begin by slicing your orange into thin pieces. Use a sharp knife to ensure the slices are even and precise.

Gently pat the orange slices with a clean towel or paper towel to remove excess juice.

Line the base of the air fryer with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Place the orange slices on the parchment paper within the air fryer, spreading them out evenly. Ensure they do not overlap to allow proper airflow for even drying.

Set the air fryer to 180°F and cook the orange slices for 1.5 hours, flipping every 30 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack or baking tray and cool for 10-15 minutes until firm and not sticky.
